Effective marketing tool for reaching new and existing clients. Pros The user can write whole articles or include snip-its of information, customize font and background color, even add pictures and create coupons. Unsubscribing is easy for participants who want to opt out. Cons I wasn't able to attach a company logo with a trademark. However, perhaps an upgrade has occurred since then allowing this feature.
It gets the job done! Pros Constant Contact is certainly easy and intuitive to use. I have used over the years to link up to clients' websites with ease. Cons Constant Contact could be more robust - as far as my last usage is concerned, there is definitely room to improve the included templates as Mailchimp does.
I've been using Constant Contact for more than two years now and have been very pleased with it. Pros The templates make it easy to create a customized, attractive, and professional looking newsletter. The webinars offered are terrific, and I've found the customer support incredibly helpful. Cons I know I'm not using it to its fullest capacity and it would be helpful to see a tutorial of all features and functions.
Super easy to use email tool Pros Constant contact is very easy to use and its pretty intuitive which makes it great when teaching new interns how to create and send out emails Cons There are some limitations as the templates are not fully customizable, but they do a good job of giving people the flexibility they need to stay somewhat happy
An awesome way to publish newsletters and event registrations/campaigns It's a great platform to reach our audience. Pros Constant Contact is great as far as building contacts and creating and scheduling newsletters. Provides great analytics with open rates and click data. Can easily design a sharp newsletter and can link the newsletters to websites and social media, which is a huge plus. With a few small Kinks this software managed to bring in a staggering amount of new business legally With this software I didn't run into the normal problems of implementing changes in the physical appearance of the content of my mailer and it seemed to not get caught up in spam filters like other programs that offer the same thing this company offers it and actually follows through with it. Used weekly for an online mailing Sending out weekly emails with current lists that Constant Contact will update based on our previous sent list. Pros Very easy to create, send and keep track of mass emails. I like how we can get a new list with every email of who opened it, clicked a link, unsubscribed etc. really helped us weed out regulars vs. those not involved based on how actively involved they were with our newsletters. The organization I work for wanted to start an email newsletter. We saved money over our printed newsletter. We are able to set up specialized lists for various communications. We can send out a "News Blast" in very little time. We have analytics that let us know the success of every publication. Our distant supporters can be made aware of our work and become more engaged. Excellent Product Pros It is easy to create emails that look professional. The templates are very helpful. I like the analytics that are provided. Cons I am sure there is more I could do with it if I had a bit more training, but it is still very useful.
