Great for Short E-Blasts Pros This site really gets the job done. Very easy to use and navigate even if you aren't super tech savvy. You can customize as little or as much as you want and even the inexpensive options give you a lot to work with. Constant contact is an easy, reliable tool, but if not for you if you want more design control. Pros It's easy to use and reliable. Deliverability is good. Easy to create templates with the drag and drop feature. I would definitely recommend this to my non-designer friends and colleagues. Cons I'm a graphic designer so the design features are quite limited compared to some it's competitors. Everything else works really well
I have utilized Constant Contact to craft, send, and track customer newsletters. Pros Constant Contact provided me with an easy way to save recipients, save email/newsletter drafts, recreate mailings based on past mailings, and track metrics of who opened emails, clicked on what links, etc. Cons The only con I found with working with Constant Contact was that the initial time investment to input recipients (and maintain any changes to that over time)and create a visually appealing and dynamic message was a big one.
Great product with many useful features Pros This is a super simple product to use - not only for emails but for event registrations, surveys and donations. Cons Sometimes the site is a little "off" - it is hard to actually build a campaign and I have to shut it down and restart it.
Constant Contact allows us to stay in touch! Pros We use Constant Contact two times every week to communicate with our congregation. It allows for fast easy communication and it's fantastic that we can complete email campaigns and schedule them to send when we aren't in the office! Cons The one complaint we have is the unsubscribe link. Not sure if it's location or what, but our people accidentally unsubscribe a lot and we have to do a little work to get them reconnected.

Excellent, allowed me to email market with no problems at all. Pros I like how there are instructional videos for new users that map out both how to use the software and how to use it efficiently. Cons The only thing that was slightly annoying was the set up process. It took a little bit of extra work but ended up being worth it.
Great tool for creating customer and client communications Pros Ease of use. Simple. Straightforward. I've used for years, and while they've made improvements, it still remains easy to use. I like how I add a contact and assign tags to it, making it easy to move from one tag to another. Cons Wish they offered more free stock graphics to choose from. I find myself having to download from another site, and upload to CC.
