Great software at a great price. Very easy to use Pros I love the built-in templates that are available for users to save time. This software is easy to use and is helpful at maintaining your contacts in one place. My favorite thing about this software is the real time results and stats that are emailed to me after each campaign has been completed. Cons There isn't anything that I don't like about this software. I've been using for several years now and I don't have any complaints so far.
Great web-based email marketing platform (among other things!) Pros I like the options for customization that can be found in Constant Contact. It's also fairly simple to use their drag-and-drop features. Cons I feel like the interface is not as intuitive as I'd like it to be. It feels like it's just been updated from its inception rather than retooled to be more customer-oriented. I can't point to anything specific I'd like to see improved, but I think there could certainly be improved functionality in that regard.

I use this software weekly to send mass emails, newsletters, and organize email lists. Pros I love the ability to be able to easily create dynamic newsletters and email campaigns. We have recently begun using the automated too to schedule emails. Cons At times the sit freezes and you have to wait it out or log out and log back in. It can be a bit pricey when you add features like the automation.
Constant Contact let's us draft and send clean looking emails to all our followers. We are able to inform specific groups of people important information. Enjoy using the product, wish it was more customization friendly. Pros I like the pre-made templates and it's easy to add email list. I also like the mobile preview feature so I can see what our patients will see on their phones! Cons I would like to custom pick where I would like the pictures or wording formatted. I fee like I am constricted to a skinny box.
