Easy to use and that is key Pros The product is easy to use and maintain. When there are issues, I call help support and the customer service is super helpful. Cons Templates can get 'buggy' from time to time. That said, customer service resolves the issues very quickly.
It sends the emails in a very timely fashion. Pros Constant Contact has great storage, never limits our contact count and has a very user intutive design. Cons Please increase functionality to support individual design concepts - add a blank slate email and all of your email design options
I use CC everyday to send out emails to our members Pros I like how you can copy emails, I send weekly emails of the same kind so they are easy to duplicate and resend. Cons The text options always are funky. Sometimes I will save my text and that will undo all of the formatting i have done. Sometimes i have to change something 3 times to get it to really change. The settings to update a table are not user friendly. The options of fonts are limited. The wonky text stuff is what is most maddening to me
I just started using this software, and find it very easy to use. Pros Constant contact is extremely easy to use. In addition, it has clearly defined menus and the program is organized in a way so that there is clear functionality. Cons The only issue that I found is that once you delete a contact from the program, you can't restore it.
Wonderful, easy way to keep in contact with several subscribers. We can get information via email to many people, quickly and easily. Pros This software is easy to use and I like the ability to upload images to use with our newsletters. Creating new lists is also easy to do. Cons There are a few glitches when editing blocks where the font changes or it doesn't do exactly what you wanted it to do.
Functionality is there but expensive Pros We liked the ease of use of this software and how it sent out reminders so our prospects were always being contacted one day five days gen days thirty days and so forth. They were never forgotten. Cons The pricing of this was too much so we cancelled the service. We found that if we sent our own reminders thru our email it was just as effective and free.
Great tool for marketing! We reach our members in a timely manner and they prefer to get emails more than snail mail now. Pros Constant Contact is super easy to use. A lot of it is drag-and-drop. You can have a million choices of colors, fonts, layout, so you would never know that the business down the street is using the same program. It's very unique and they even offer custom templates. Easy for Basic, May be a bit difficult for some The benefit is the professional monthly email campaigns I send out as opposed to doing it from my emails alone, this way is more professional. Pros I like this software because it gives me the opportunity to send out monthly newsletters to my partners in a professional manner. Cons I am not happy with the new template changes that took effect this year, for someone who is not so familiar with templates and codes, my newsletters are a bit more basic than previous.
Customer service is not very responsive A place to save my contacts for newsletters and the ability to add the newsletter sign-up banner to my website Pros I like the templates, although I wish they would add more. I also appreciate the usability. It's pretty easy to figure out. Cons They only give you space to place 5 photos without paying extra. Sometimes I'd like to use more but I don't want to pay for it. Once I put my logo in the newsletter, I only have four file spaces left.
