I can’t tell you how thrilled I am with your customer service. A phone call to your emergency line was answered quickly. Even better, in less than two hours of reporting a problem with my fridge, Omar was here, discovered the problem, ordered the part, scheduled an appointment for the next day. Keep your employees!

Please read the entire post -- First, I want to give a FIVE STAR review for the Tech, Michael Kish, who came out and helped with a few issues that I brought up. Michael was awesome and offered a ton of help. My review would be much lower (one or two stars) for the apartment building that my girlfriend lives in, "The Lark" (11th and Ogden) Greatest concerns & issues: 1. The Homeless congregating in the rear of the building - I took this photo two days ago & after police had already come and cleared the first batch of homeless out a. HUMAN FECES...urine and deification behind the building b. Homeless encampments that show up at random times c. Broken glass and trash d. drug paraphernalia e. Vehicle and building vandalism - I've had homeless leave trash on my car, hit my car with their wagons and carts, and worst of all, somehow break into the building. f. Drug use from campers in the back - I kicked a homeless man out of the stairwell at 4am while he was in the middle of smoking something out of tinfoil. Not sure how he got in there but he was 10 feet away from my girlfriend's apartment door. Not cool. Residents here need Security crews and Sanitation crews to come over and push homeless off of the property and clean up their mess. 2. Building water problem - The water comes out scalding hot when I turn on the cold water, and I'll have to wait anywhere from 3-5 minutes for the water to start running cold. Before you ask... yes, the waterlines are correctly connected. Denver Police have responded and tried their best, but cannot enforce too much because this is technically private property, and it's up to the property management group to ensure safety and sanitation on private property. I understand that the homeless problem is a city-wide problem and not a problem that Cornerstone created; however, I really hope Cornerstone will find a way to secure and sanitize this property...

Just wanted to recognize Tony Espinoza (Maintenance )!!! He is THE BEST!!! He fixed my door issues in a very timely manner and even went above with additional repairs. He also had a very nice and professional attitude.Thank you Tony!! You’re a true asset to Cornerstone !

Five stars for the maintenance guy Louis! The second I have any problem (from my heat messing up to my door lock jamming) Louis is just a phone call away. He goes above and beyond to help us out whenever there's a problem.
