Five stars for the maintenance guy Louis! The second I have any problem (from my heat messing up to my door lock jamming) Louis is just a phone call away. He goes above and beyond to help us out whenever there's a problem.

I noticed my sink/dishwasher leaking this morning. Michael came by and knew the problem instantly! He was able to fix it up and be on his way in 5 minutes tops. He was great. I couldn't be happier with my service, thanks Michael!

Had issues with our door and key getting jammed. Omar took care of everything very swiftly and everything is much better now, just like new. Very helpful.

@Dusko, the maintenance technician for our building (The Wheatley), is fantastic! Always extremely fast to respond, gets the issue fixed quickly, and is super friendly the whole time. Great individual to have on the staff!

My experience with Caleb on the maintenance crew was awesome. In the past, whenever I had a maintenance issue (with other property managers), either someone would come out to temporarily solve the problem or completely fail to follow through all together. Caleb showed up and happily took the time to permanently resolve every one of my issues. He was a really nice guy, skilled worker and definitely deserves the recognition!
