Had an issue with my smoke alarm. Dusko came up and replaced the alarm in no time. Always prompt and does a great job. Thanks!

Sending out a big shout out to Kevin Goodman and his staff. Deb , Brian Dusko, and Son at6 Tamia Towers (1255 19th Street Downtown Denver. They are the primary reason for the Sakura Square being a great place to live. I have been here nearly four years and cannot express how please I am with the staff the level of service, speed of response to any issue that has arisen. The technician for my building (10736 W 7th Ave), Michael Staples, is very courteous, very clear on the work that needs to be done, and he is also very clean when he does his work. You have a great employee working for you.
Miged is the best! We have appreciated his help throughout this past year at our apartment.
Maged came by to work on my toilet and he had the problem fixed in under 10 minutes. I'd been having issues for over a month but he handled it right away and was very professional/friendly throughout the process. Extremely happy with the service and hope to have him help again if any issues come up.
My wife and I needed to find somewhere with very specific needs in quite a hurry and Alyssa did amazing! She was quick to answer every text and call, quick to make appointments, and quick to give us any information we needed. After working with Alyssa, Sam did an awesome job getting the leasing process finished up for us and got us into our new home within the weekend.
