Easy to use app for paying rent and putting in maintenance requests. Community friendly. Frequent upkeep. Pest control and smoke alarm / carbon tests regularly. Clean and friendly. My boyfriend broke his knee, so we put in a request to change lights, and they changed all three that went out, without question, and next day service. If we move again, we will move to another Cornerstone property.

Our oven went out and Noah fixed it. He had to call around for the part for our older range, but he got it done and was able to come back the next day. Fixed in 10 minutes! Thanks to Noah and all the great people at Cornerstone!

Cornerstone's maintenance staff is doing a great job over at our building in Cap Hill. Jarrod has been super helpful and anything we need gets handled quickly and with a smile.
As a tenant in a Cornerstone-managed building, I have to say that they're the best! I have never been so happy with maintenance staff in my 2+ decades of renting apartments. I live at Carona Court in Capitol Hill and today Michael came by to replace a light fixture...he's the best. Always lovely and has excellent attention to detail. I'm heartbroken that the portfolios are being reorganized and Michael won't be working in our building anymore. I have faith that others will do a wonderful job as well.
Joe S. came by to work on my radiator and did a great job, as usual. I can't say enough nice things about Joe. I am very grateful for all his help.

Joe S. came out a week ago to install a new kitchen blind and came back today to sand the spackle where the window was damaged. Also, he changed out a receptacle in my bathroom which he did quickly and efficiently. However, as I put something away under my sink I realized there were 3 inches of water in the boxes that held my kitchen cleaners, so he quickly fixed that. I had an architect's lamp that I couldn't put back into its box and Joe did that for me which was not required of him. He did it just to be nice and helpf... read more
