We have rented with Cornerstone for only a few weeks now, but it has already been a significant improvement in comparison to where we last rented. We put in a maintenance order yesterday to fix a minor issue, and it was resolved today! Daniel was very quick to help us out and did an outstanding not to mention he's a very kind guy. :)
Max Clark went out of his way to help locate a package I had shipped to one of your building. He found it quickly and the went out of his way to go to a UPS store and ship it to the correct address. He was so pleasant and nice to talk with. What a life saver.
Im very impressed by the quality of people CornerStone has on their team! Especially, the maintenance guys! They are awesome! 👏🏽 They all deserve a raise! Today was another example of a great experience! Adam the maintenance man politely came in & put in a fire alarm. He worked quickly so I could get back to my day. He also gave me great info on other Corner stone properties! Thanks again guys! You rock!
I live at the race street apartments and my leasing agent is Jaret. To whom it may concern, please give this man a raise! He assisted with an issue with my heaters and physically went to my apartment to check out the issue and solve the problem! He is awesome and replies to emails quickly!
I have rented through Cornerstone since 2014 and I just renewed again because I have had a positive experience since the beginning, nearly six years ago. I enjoyed living in West Wash Park where Cara was a kind and responsive Portfolio Manager. I have lived within a Cornerstone apartment since 2018. All of my maintenance requests have been completed the same day. Dusko is usually the maintenance tech that completes my requests. He is polite and completes requests rather quickly.
Cornerstone took over management of our building, and we have been very happy with the service. Noah is very helpful and prompt with all our maintenance requests.
I love living at cornerstone. deb and the office is always helpful and dusko just fixed my oven and im so greatfull.The entire maintenance team is quick and friendly and do great work!
