AMAZING service by Doug Fauser! Even though he's only an interim property manger at 1170 Corona St., he's been super responsive and helpful with my mouse problem. I saw a mouse late the night of the 11th and had no idea what to do. I gave Doug a call expecting to just leave a voicemail, but he actually picked up and was at my apartment within an hour! My kitchen sink backed up on Friday the 29th; sewage, a mess. Carlos(?) came and unplugged it. The plug was far from my kitchen – 80 feet or more. It was a difficult job and the snake got stuck on the way out. But Carlos persisted and finished the job. I enjoyed his company; he’s a friendly and intelligent man. He is also very competent which I appreciated in this situation. He made it possible for me to resume using my kitchen sink. I would be delighted to see him here again fixing something. Jeff tower

I’ve been a Cornerstone resident for over 5 years and truly loved every minute. I was lucky enough to get into The Vertice building the last 5 years and felt like I won the lottery living that close to Wash Park. The only reason for me leaving is being able to buy my own place. It’s affordable, it’s fun and it’s a great community to be apart of. Highly recommend the Cornerstone properties.

I would like to commend Robert Medina for the excellent work he has done here at 1000 South Logan St. for the past several years. He is very competent. He is also always friendly and informative. I look forward to his visits. Robert is able to get our boiler (heater) running when it’s cold and no one else seems to be able to get it started. I appreciate that and I appreciate him. Jeff Tower

Jose is accommodating and super responsive. I put in a work order that got back to me quickly and went above and beyond to make sure my request was completed. I feel confident that he will show up, and that's a massive plus of living in my building.

This is a lovely place to live! I visit my daughter and her family here often, and always enjoy our walks in the huge Cheesman Park that is right behind the building. It is nice and quiet here, the people are friendly, and the view is beautiful! There’s also spacious common areas to just hang out or to host parties. Within walking distance are places to eat, and the Denver Botannical Garden. This has been a great place for them!
