Gosh, where to start, To put into context my satisfaction with Cornerstone and their maintenance crew- namely Robert and Caleb- I have to say that prior to having Cornerstone as my property manager, I had less than stellar experiences with previous management companies. That is unfortunate because even when you get a good person (in the maintenance department) they get lumped in with the experience the management company (they work for) provides you- that has not been the case with Cornerstone. I had an issue with a broken bathroom vent fan and a loud blower for the heater in my apartment. After I reported the problems, Dusko was on site the same day, and immediately got to work locating the replacement parts. He kept me informed and was back in a week to replace the parts and everything worked great. It is very likely that Dusko is the best maintenance guy in the Denver area, and he deserves recognition for his expertise and great customer service. Thank you very much Dusko, i really appreciate your help!

Moved in this past weekend, and while the apartment itself was a bit of a mess I had great maintenance service from Mike Kish! He went above and beyond to help with extra issues and even brought up some things that I wouldn't have noticed. I could not speak more highly of a maintenance experience.

Today we woke up to a puddle in our hallway. Unsure of the cause we put a maintenance request in. Within an hour Rodrigo arrived and promptly discovered the source. Im very happy with the help he provided

Awesome service by maintenance guy Ray over at Tennyson place! I had three pretty pertinent maintenance requests for my apartment- involving my air conditioner, my dishwasher, and my kitchen sink. I had multiple people in and out of the apartment to fix various issues over time but it all seemed to temporarily hold things over.
