I have lived at Wheatly Flats since the end of August 2017 and it has been great! I had a couple of minor maintenance issues in the past month (broken dishwasher, trouble with thermostat) but they were fixed the same day by Jared who is great! My dog even likes him and she is pretty picky.
Thank you Daniel and Cornerstone staff for all that you do for the residents at Vitruvius. You are appreciated !
The management over at The Glenwood has been phenomenal. I also want to take a second to really thank Daryl and Daniel the tech guys for The Glenwood, these guys are amazing. They both were so professional, receptive and knowledgeable and they catered to every single one of my service requests. These guys are rockstars and I feel like they’re an asset to cornerstone. Antonio Encinas is a great maintenance technician. Helped me out when I was in a bind- my key was stuck in the lock and I had to take a final in an hour. Got everything done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you, Antonio!
Judd did a great job of quickly finding and fixing a leaking drain pipe behind our wall that was causing water to drip from the bathroom ceiling. He had to cut out part of the wall and ceiling to fix it. When he was done it looked as good as new.
You were all very friendly, helpful and wonderful.
