My husband and I moved into Sakura square last October and our experience here has been everything we could want and more. Not only is the location SUPER convenient, the staff is awesome. When we moved in Deby made us feel welcome and gave us great transplant advice, this made our move in really simple. We recently encountered a nightmare situation involving a horrendous roommate.....its in thanks only to Johnna Adkins and her team at Cornerstone Management that we were able to reclaim our home and our peace of mind. I can absolutely promise I will never lease with another company! They honestly gave us back out lives in a home that we love!
I’ve rented from cornerstone for a few years now and as far as property management and maintence teams go, they are number one!! Daniel C and property manager, Colin always respond within a timely matter and do everything they can to make sure my requests are filled. Highly recommend!!
Seriously - Arek and Kristin who manage my building are nothing short of Gods. I've been known to be a bit much..and my dad says I would make a great witness because I notice EVERYTHING.. so of course.. I've never hesitated to alert them to issues I notice .. I can't say enough how great your maintenance crew is, including Noah. He originally came to inform me of a leak that someone underneath me was having - not only did he fix it, he ended up helping me out with other fixture maintenance!

Per usual, the maintenance staff has done an amazing job. Noah came to address a hearing issue and worked out a perfect solution. In a nearly 100 year old building where the radiators were either blasting boiling heat all the time or nothing at all, Noah was able to adjust the building's steam heat just right.. It's as if I had a modern thermostat I controlled myself!
