Our property manager was great about dealing with our trash service issues. He made sure our concerns were addressed every step of the way!

Rubin (maintenance tech) was such a great help. He assessed some minor damage that the other techs said needed to be replaced completely, and determined that the damage was minor and would just need some small repairs. Saved me some money and I cannot be more thankful for how effective he was.

The property management company of our apartment recent changed hands to Cornerstone, and we are SO thankful it did. Cornerstone is everything you could want in a management company; they are courteous, professional, and they work hard to make sure their tenants are happy ones. Any time we've had an issue, Ted (our property manager), responds promptly, and the maintenance tech, Michael Creech, is thorough and provides great customer service. Thank you!

I have lived with Cornerstone in 3 different properties in a 5 year span. Every time there was an issue, it was handled fast and professionally. That leaves a lot of interactions with multiple employees. My property was taken over by a different mgmt team, and it makes me miss Cornerstone even more. Once my lease is up, I'll definitely go back to them.

I just wanted to commend the excellent maintenance man we have at the Lincoln Center..Robert. Since I've moved him, he has been more than helpful with any work order I've put in. He is lind, courteous, and informative about any issue I've had. As a woman living alone, it's really nice to know the workings of your home. He is absolutely wonderful and I hope he gets recognition for his truly hard work.

Overall they're a great property management company. Any work orders I have ever put in were answered and fixed very quickly. Shauna and Calle are great leasing agents and Jake is great at getting requests done and keeping so many different personalities happy.
