Absolutely horrible experience will never eat here again. Waited an hour to be seated and another 15 to even get our drink order. Then when asked if we could have more creamer (there were only two) the rude waitress said “they’re right there” pointing to the two tiny containers of half & half. You could overhear her speaking to more customers in a rude tone when asked for a cup of ice since her orange juice was warm. Horrible staff. Never saw our waitress after drink order. Look, I know it's hard times in the restaurant industry right now. I know it's hard to find staff, and obviously the staff you have at this location were hired out of a special needs home's work release program, and that's very generous, but not very useful. Because of the shortage of servers, and the high level of business, I tend to order my food to go online in advance, then pick it up, not take up a table with a one top, and everybody is happy. picked up food for my son after his surgery today. picked up my order earlier than stated and it was sitting on a table waiting getting cold. the fries looked and tasted like they were cooked yesterday and my sad club sandwich is supposed to have ham on it and even a 5 y/o can make toast. the server handed me a dripping cup of ranch which we later discovered (after using it) that there was pieces of food at the bottom and NOT the same food we had in our order- gross! management should be embarrassed for allowing staff to ... read more

COLD, Dry bread with no sauce! Do not order the bread pudding! I didn’t know I had to cook it myself and I have no pecan praline sauce. They also didn’t mention nasty raisins- Sugar Land, TX location

B B. used to be great in Klamath Falls, Or. for the last 5-7 years has totally gone down hill. last 3-4times totally uneditable..smaller portions, and my last burger was like a frisbee. cooked ahead and hard as a rock...greasy too. p s. our bear has been attacked by a wood peckers and needs paint. shabby decor inside..

Two of our four meals were not even edible. I wouldn’t have even fed them to my dogs. It happens, no big deal right? Well, until they insisted on still charging us for them after we returned the full meals. Loser place. Do not go. Food is gross.

Absolutely horrible! - My father asked for a medium rare prime rib and upon it's arrival to the table; we all shared a moment of silence for the $24 tragedy that arrived...
