I went into the resturant and the manager there refused to let me go in! I will not support this business since i was discrimnated and refused service!!!
Food was over cooked and cold.
We walked in today with a party of 6 at 1:30 PM. There were about 10 open tables.....person at the front tells us there are no six tops so there will be a small wait. I ask about all the open tables and he tells me they don’t want to give us 2 tables or pull any together so they can serve more customers. I just watched a young host who is a minor get fired from the Colorado Springs location. There is bad management happening here. Having this happen as a young worker looks bad enough as is. This honestly doesn't make me want to go back at all.
Don't serve cold food. Don't ask a customer about the options for a menu item, write it down, then never add it to the order. Further, hire a manager who doesn't just keep repeating "I'm sorry", but makes the situation right rather than act like you are bother him by complaining.
No vegan options at this place? why?
Service was terrible. Granted server said he was new but then spend some time to train him to do the basics. Never once came by the table after taking the order. I had to flag down 2 other servers to get our food and the. Bring us new food as ours had been sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes. Food is normally great but tonight both the service and the food were way below par.
We met friends for dinner tonight at your El Cajon location. We were shocked to find that you've gotten rid of your outdoor dining in the midst of a pandemic! We stayed and kept our masks on most of the time, but we were worried. When I asked about gluten free options, I was told that not one thing on your menu was gluten free. Really? So, while staying at a Motel 6 out in Klamath Falls, next door to a Black Bear Diner, their manager felt the need to come out and scream at my brother, who was staying in our RV. Which we had permission to park in the gravel behind the parking lot. Even had the correct pass tapped in the window. After screaming at my brother, he kicked our RV and dented the door of the passenger side. If that's how the MANAGER of this location treats people, I highly suggest staying away.
