Hands down the best diamond and jewelry store I've ever been to! Professional and clean with a gorgeous selection and very helpful and friendly staff. Sara went far and beyond to help me find the perfect necklace for my mother. Highly recommended!!! Best place to go for all your diamond needs. A+ all the way!

I have been a customer of Mervis for a few years now and have had nothing but exceptional service. Even though I have never bought anything large here (just a small pair of earrings), I always felt taken care of by their staff. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was led into a private room and treated very and never felt any pressure from the sales staff. I bought my fiancé's engagement ring at Mervis and they were fantastic -especially our salesperson, Brie. Let me first be clear about the person behind this review - I would never have risked leaving this kind of investment up to an average jeweler. I spent several years saving hard-earned dollars for my one opportunity to ask my fiancé's hand in marriage, and more years were invested in terms of time and effort building our relationship. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. We did not have an appointment so totally understood if we had to come back but the attitude and condescension so bad I will never return. There were ten sales associates just standing around but no one could help us. There are plenty of jewelry stores where I can take my business and this one sure won't be one of them.

Mervis has been giving me such a hard time about my rings! They are unwilling to make any effort in working with their customer to satisfy them after a purchase has been made. They will NOT resize your rings for free! There is no doubt there. I asked to exchange their own ring setting, but they want to charge me $400 dollars for rings that I had not even picked up yet. So I am stuck with my engagement ring which has not been sized and I can not even exchange it for a different one without paying them $400 dollars first for r... read more

My (now) fiancé and I went to Mervis to look at rings before our engagement so I could give him an idea of what kind of ring I preferred. I highly suggest making an appointment if you plan on going over the weekend because it can get busy. Upon arrival we were greeted and sat in a private room. I worked with Jeff at the Tysons location for approximately two months to find the perfect engagement ring. Jeff worked very hard to not only find me the perfect diamond, but also deliver the ring in time for my pre scheduled wedding proposal. He was simply awesome. I shopped around at many jewelers before buying from Mervis. Compared to the rest, Jeff's customer service was second to none. I can't recommend him/them highly enough and my bride and I will be returning to purchase our wedding bands.

After looking at engagement rings several times, I was ready to buy. I made an appointment with Dodi and received not one but two confirmation emails. On the day of--she didn't show up. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere.

I went shopping here for some jewelry for my S.O. I thought I should pop into Mervis since it was between two of the stores I was looking into, but I was sadly disappointed with what they offer. Firstly, the selection here is minimal. They tell you there's more in the back, but I can't imagine it's more impressive than what they have up front - and are there any other settings?
