I went to Mervis with hopes to find an engagement ring for my girlfriend. We didn't have an appointment, but Maria Kamali helped us right away. She very pleasant and knowledgable. She never pressured me. In the end we had a great experience and found the perfect ring.
I had an issue with the customer service, but then Jonathan contacted me through yelp and was very sincere and helpful.

I was not impressed. I walked in without an appointment, and I guess they didn't think I was a serious buyer. Nobody took me to a consultation room, but they did show me some rings in the case. When there wasn't one I liked, I described it. I was given a quick, "we can make one for you", but the salesperson made no move to go beyond that. I would have loved to talk design/numbers about what I wanted. Too bad about that...they lost my sale.

I have so much to say about my experience at Mervis, I hardly know where to begin. I will come back and fill in this review as I have time. Initially, let me just give folks some practical advice. If you choose to shop at Mervis, make sure to shop around and compare the quality and price of what you are buying--make sure you are comparing apples-to-apples. Rahul was great. I felt like we received great customer service. My fiancé and I had been to numerous stores and decided on a ring from Jared. We thought we would try Mervis before making the purchase. I'm so glad we did. There were so many options. We found the perfect ring and for the best price. I love my ring!!! Thanks! FYI... They did not have our appointment on file (we made it the night before) but met with us anyway.

I went with girlfriends to try on engagement rings as they were going to relay my preferences to my boyfriend. I was excited to check out Mervis after reading great reviews, but I left with a large distaste for the jeweler. When we entered, a kind woman sat us in a room. If you need a ring, shop around and narrow it down, but you must goto Mervis to buy. Only ask for Tina. She delivered the perfect ring! Even better service. You think it's just buying a ring but it is more and Mervis gives a full experience. Everyone is stunned by her ring. You can track Diamond origin. Cut of the diamonds were amazing. No pressure sales. Mervis family was great. Champagne! A+
I visited Mervis back in March and much to my surprised did not initially get the experience I was hoping for, but ever since they have gone out of their way to rectify the situation. if you are there and are unhappy about anything SAY SOMETHING! Mervis takes customer service issues quite seriously but they can't help you if they don't know.
