Jenifer is an asset to your company bc she is exceptional. In her experience of explaining the whole program of the additional n coverage that is needed to protect your vehicle unfortunately I’m 77 year old widow who is on a fixed income n can’t afford this present limit I will tell my friends about the program that can afford it n to speak with only Jenifer bc she’s the real deal so please keep her on board thank u for listening to me
Jennifer was understanding in my financial situation and did not press the issue trying to change my mind. She respected my decision and helped me cancel my policy and offered me to return when I was financially stable to do so.......Her customer service was A1.....
