Great experience with the overall sales and claims process, was very skeptical at first. Rear window was stuck down due to a failed window power motor and regulator. Parts and labor were covered. Service advisor at the dealership said it was one of the best companys she ever dealt with to date. Saved myself $765. So far paying off.
I purchased an extended warranty contract with Coverage X and have been thoroughly impressed with the company. I have not had to use my policy yet, but I went with CoverageX after calling several other companies to get quotes because the other companies would not answer all my questions and concerns but CoverageX did. At first I was skeptical because of a bad experience I had in the past with car shield. The agent I spoke to At CoverageX was very knowledgeable, did not try to pressure me into making a split decision told me to take the money back guarantee to review it and recommended that take the hard copy of the policy to my local Jeep dealership to confirm it would cover my 2017 Jeep wranglers repairs.
