I was called about my warranty services and agreed that it was necessary but was super broke due to health issues. The payment was accidentally taken out the same day. When I called back, I was informed that it would take 7-10 business days. ***** called me within the hour and asked to make it right through cashapp or zelle. I gave my cashapp information and not only did he give me a refund, he gifted me extra! What an amazing experience! Totally recommend!

****** ******* was very helpful today , I had called roadside assistance and was told that because I wasnt with vehicle when broke down that they could not assist me , next day I called and was connected to ****** ******* and she kept apologizing because I did not get help , but assured me that it doesnt matter who is driving my vehicle when it breaks down they will send help , Thank you for assuring me that Im in good hands ??

Haven't used it yet and hope not too but the initial contact was excellent as long as they do what they say they will do. MY truck is a ***************************************************************************************************** any break down. I left Carshield for Coverage X *** I was with Carshield for many many years and was disgusted with the policies that was completely ********. So we will see, hopefully a lot later than sooner.
