I did change my policy to Coverage X. However, the women talking to me talked very fast. I had to interrupt them several times to either verify what they were saying, ask a question or tell them what i wanted to know.

Very polite, very straight forward. All my ?'s answered..I will have to see if this company is true to thir word...So far my truck is running very well,if I do need this policy, hope I don't. That will give me assurance in my future needs for my truck.
