I have worked customer service all my life, and I know what good customer service is, I had the chance of working with Ramon, first of all he was very pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and he made sure I understood what he was explaining to me, he had no problem repeating things to make sure I understood it. Jennifer was extremely helpful in handling my account issues. If I could, I would rate it 10 out of 10 stars. She was extremely friendly and again super super helpful. She even helped me find out that my title was branded which I did not even know about. Thanks to her amazing due diligence. She saved me from having to continue out payments on a policy. I wasn’t even eligible for. Thank you so much not only to Jennifer, but to all of coverage X.
