****** ******* was very helpful today , I had called roadside assistance and was told that because I wasnt with vehicle when broke down that they could not assist me , next day I called and was connected to ****** ******* and she kept apologizing because I did not get help , but assured me that it doesnt matter who is driving my vehicle when it breaks down they will send help , Thank you for assuring me that Im in good hands ??

I typically avoid signing up with multiple warranty companies due to a previous negative experience with *********, which left me hesitant about choosing another provider. Haven't used it yet and hope not too but the initial contact was excellent as long as they do what they say they will do. MY truck is a ***************************************************************************************************** any break down. I left Carshield for Coverage X *** I was with Carshield for many many years and was disgusted with the policies that was completely ********. So we will see, hopefully a lot later than sooner.
I spoke to ******** and she explained the policy to me in detail and she help me understand my coverage and she was very pleasant to speak to.

Often there is a situation that can arrive that becomes pressing. Getting set up with Coverage X was like that. One phone call from ***** changed that and cleared up any misunderstandings.
