Poor customer service . My car was repoed for a past due amount even though I was making monthly payments. Was not given a 21 day certified letter notice then had to pay a ridiculous amount to get my car back. Then that account was closed a new account opened up then my car payments when up twice the amount. Was told if I missed one payment that they would repo my car again then it would be sent to public auction. Thieves! I was pressured into using this financial institution by fellow ********************* ****** of ************** **. Those thieves told me to "protect their investment" I must add an extended warranty to my already overpriced contract to the tune of about $1,500. Conveniently, the dealership typed over the text that reads OPTIONAL EXTENDED WARRANTY OR SERVICE CONTRACT". These people have tagged on $5000 dollars worth of interest on a flood vehicle. They suppose to forgive the loan and take back possession of my car. No, that's not what happened. They took the car that sat in my driveway for about 3 months and tagged another $5000 on it with a repossession. I hate when companies do you like this......might I add we barley survived the flood.
This company is fraudulently reporting payments to extend the loan. Last payment on this account was late 2018, early 2019. NO PAYMENTS WERE EVER MADE IN 2020. Will not give access to payment history. I am asking for them to provide proof of payment history of proof of payment in September 2020.
Dealership had us sign papers saying *****% interest rate.already extremely high but understandable since our credit was poor. As Im now looking over contract (over a year later) we see that there is a 18,000$ finance charge included leading us to pay ****** for a ****** dollar car total ****. No good company would harass someone with a 5 day late payment with over 15+ calls a day. First day they called me and I have a phone call from them every hour in my call history. I will be changing loan companies immediately.
This company sold me a car with the promise to fix any problems. Within a week the front right tire fell off and the clutch went out. I had the car brought to the dealer within the accepted time and asked for another car. They refused.I contacted the finance company and they said they wouldn't repossess a junked car. They are billing me for a car that was junked within the first month and have refused a summons to court on the matter.This is predatory lending and completely unacceptable. My insurance totaled the vehicle out paid credit acceptance almost $8500 they excepted the settlement and was supposed to submit my gap insurance and they are trying to force me to continue to pay the monthly payment even though they have been paid an agreed amount! Credit acceptance company is a scam! Im without a car.
I had an account with them for over 4 years. Having my payments automatically deducted.October 2021 was involved in a wreck totaled out my car. Insurance paid the remaining balance on my account in November. December 1st noticed Credit Acceptance had taken out another payment, even thought they were paid off.
