I dealt with them almost 8 years ago and over paid for a car. Voluntarily gave the car back and settled and closed the account. As of a month ago they reopened the account and are trying to recollect. Complete bull and fraud !!!
I believe what everyone else is saying I had a vehicle they talked horribly to me wanting their money scaring me into making payments and if I go into a dealership now and this is the company that they offer I will walk out and say nice knowing you
This company is truly a nightmare. Reading these reviews I just want to cry, because I am having the same issues. They reported I was late and I wasnt and they refuse to remove it from my credit. This car has been a nightmare from the beginning. I cant even trade the car because of the negative equity I have in the car. HORRIBLE. This company has been reporting false information monthly to my credit report. The car was totaled and paid for by gap. They are reporting monthly missed payments with a balance of $6,000.
This company is horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Got set up on a payment plan to pay a missed payment due to missing work due to covid. They said it would stop all calls and collection calls. Even when arrangements were made with this company they still reported me late to all the credit bureaus which caused my score to drop. When speaking with their so called customer service they are so rude and very unhelpful. If I could leave negative stars I would. Never use this company.

Every complaint is VALID as this Company is nothing BUT a complete FRAUD
This company is committing fraud. My car was totaled and I bought gap insurance and full coverage care insurance. My insurance paid a heafty amount and literally most of the cost of the vehicle. ************* was supposed to pay the rest. When I call this company they tell me Im not allowed to inquire about the status of said application. They wont mail me any letters or information or allow me to follow up with anyone. Never missed a payment with credit acceptance ever and never been late but they have reported to the credit agencies that Ive missed 18 payments in a row. And then declared some sort of natural disaster as reason as to y they did that. Then after reading the reviews they do all the same practices to all their clients.
