My review is based on 3 years of dealing with Americor and Credit 9. First, let me say that the tactics and interest rates provided by both over the top and secretly, far more of a trap then you realize. In the long run, you may end up paying equal to, if not more then your actual debt and your credit score will definitely be destroyed for 2-3 years... maybe closer to 4. I started with Americor's plan with the option after a period of time qualify for Credit 9's line of credit program. Here's the catch. When you sign up to A... read more

I followed instructions online. They schedule appointment to call me. They did call me only to ask for my address and Social number. The representative put me on hold then came back telling me that a supervisor needed to call me back in 30 min. They never did. Now I am concern that they have my personal information and they can commit fraud. I had to put a credit alert on my credit report for this. REVIeW ALL BAD REVIEWS since it seems that those are only the true ones.

Business response:

What a joke. Horrible fake condescending and rude associate on the phone, which seems to be a common pattern as well as having been hung up on. I never write reviews unless they’re positive and I’m taking 2 minutes to say this is the worst most ridiculous company. Has to be a total scam. I work for a call center and ask for confidential information. In no way was this phone call professional or even polite sounding. My first thoughts as this person is talking is that there’s no way I’m giving this pos any of my info. He didn... read more

This was not a loan consolidation application. The line of questioning clearly was pointing towards a credit counseling restructuring. The "pre-approval" letter I received was highly deceptive. Ps. You might want to teach your reps how to calculate a debt to income ratio if you want to start fooling more people.

Business response:

***,We always aim to deliver a great experience. We are gutted when we miss the mark! Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again

Most places you call will qualify you and sell you hard on taking the loan offers. Credit9 didn't do that...they qualified me and presented me the options and were not "salesey" at all! They allowed me the time needed to make my decision and never once pressured me!

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words. We genuinely strive for each interaction with a customer to be quick and positive. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and love having you as a member of the Credit9 community!

Called and talked to a person named Toni. He was ruse and ignorant. He refused and hung up on me twice as I requested a Customer Service manager. Claimed to know more about my credit then I. I was running my credit numbers and knew actual balances vs what his so called report was showing. This Company is horrible and has no professional phone skills. I would love for a real manager to call me regarding this experience. I would terminate that employee if her worked for me.

Business response:

***********, I apologize on behalf of everyone here at Redit9. Please know that your situation was an exception. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We reviewed the call and that certain agent already received proper sanctions and training. We take customer service seriously and that's our core value as a business. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team.

Very fishy, talked with a rep and went through the questions - said he was going to do a soft pull on my credit and needed a SS#. I said I wont be giving that out over the phone. His reply is our conversation has to end here. Then started to state that all bank including Wells Fargo and chase have to have a SS# to pull credit. I said not for a soft pull then I realized the nature of this. BTW those banks have you fill out a secure application - they have never asked for that info over the phone when I have worked with them. ... read more
