I received a very specific pre-approved written offer for a rate & term refinance of my CC/unsecured debt at 5.99% to save $219/month. After speaking to a sales rep, underwriter and supervisor no luck, even though my income, assets, debt to income ratios and excellent credit history (*** ****). Credit9.com CANNOT and will not deliver on their promises. This is the crappiest company I have encountered in a long time.. stay away! They got upset and hung up on me because I told them I was recording them also!! Lmao, supervisor finally came on and cut the call!!! Lol, no transparency that tells you it’s a scam and the BBB is involved!! So funny!! We all should start recording these scam artists, everyone can with your phone, but, u have to tell them they are being recorded just like they tells us.. watch how fast they cut the phone call...lmao!

I received one of their letters in the mail stating "You have been PRE-APPROVED for an $25,471 Consolidation Line of Credit!". Something told me to look into their company, so I read many of the reviews in here. After reviewing the statements in here, I gave them questions pertaining to their letter and what it advertises. I believe that Credit9 may be a good company providing a good service ; however, it's quite inappropriate and offensive for their representatives to become pushy and arrogant; and basically give "Trial & Judgement" against potential clients after less than 15-30 minutes of telephone communication. When I take time out of my work day to talk with a representative, I expect them to treat me the same way I do my own customers. Credit9 customer service stinks, they expect you to answer and give them all details before they tell your approval details after underwriting has given an approval. I asked a direct question about cost, they refused to answer that, citing some lending laws. You apply for loan, your approved, you then decide if terms are right for you. Dont play games and drag process out, its a yes or no. Andrew said I was approved but would not tell me amount, I found that disturbing, no disclosure. Not user friendly at all????????????

Credit 9 is not a professional company!!!. Avoid them at all costs! I spoke to Andrea Monday and made arrangements For her to call me the following day about a debt loan. She never called. I called her I get “voice mail” or a text message that says she’s away from her desk. I’ve left voicemails to her and she doesn’t return them! This company needs to be investigated and shut down. They collected information upfront and the rerouted to another company. Very fishy. Not a true mail offer! Do not fill their forms.

Wow, I'm glad I scrolled down past the last two weeks of comments to get to the REAL comments. It's obvious all the comments from around 3/24 to 3/31 are all 5 star reviews, right when they probably sent out a wave of offers they flood review sites with positive reviews because a large percentage of folks "in-need" may not bother to look further back or just say "wow, all these 5-star reviews, I don't need to read further.
