We got off to a bit of a rough start due to an issue with the service department (not related to the the service but the 3% service charge for credit cards). Mr. Rosen called me and smoothed things over and made a repeat customer of me.

Nathan was great. Took 5 hours to lease the vehicle which is too long; car cleaning took too long then wasn't cleaned. Had seat stains, carpet stains and a chip in the windshield. Quote showed 2 miles on the vehicle and actually had 999 miles.
