I give 5 stars to Crest Cadillac. This is my second Cadillac to purchase from them. First time experience was when they were located in Mckinney. And it was so awesome I came back to Crest for a second car. I Felt like they rolled out the red carpet. Even though they moved to Frisco, I followed them. This past week I purchased a new Cadillac and am giving the new Crest Dealership location a try. I’m hopeful, that they will exceed my expectations. I looked on line for a Certified Pre-owned Cadillac and Crest had a vehicle I was very interested in. I called and spoke to Gideon Bridges with several questions. He returned my call in about 10 minutes with the answers. I went to see and drive the SRX model and loved it. It was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever made, we agreed on the price with the certified bumper to bumper warranty. The entire process was less than 2 hours as I drove away. Many thanks to Gideon and everyone at Crest.
Just turned dropped off my car for it’s first oil change and detail and all smoothly. They had my car pulled up and ready to go when I arrived and even switched out ALL the stuff in my loaner while I was at the cashier! Great service! Oh and my car was spectacular looking!
I can actually say buying a new car was a pleasant experience. Heather was amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable on the Infinity product. Looking forward to the next 3 years with my Q60!
