Shawn, my service technician, was amazing! He worked so efficiently and was super flexible, making sure to meet all my needs even when the repair didn’t go as planned. With the unexpected repairs and changes to the service schedule, Shawn still provided top-notch service.

Overall the experience was very good. Somehow the final process has got to be made faster though. 3 hours after the deal is done is too long. Everyone I met and dealt with at Crest was wonderful.

Get rid of your call center answering service, almost went back to my previous Cadillac service center. However, Logan McPherson was awesome and is the reason I’ll come back to Crest.

Mr. Torres was attentive knowledgeable extremely professional Caring, helpful and thoughtful He made sure that I got the ride. I needed to get back to the office promptly and also requested the right for my return to pick up. The car promptly greatly appreciated his assistance.
