Best dealership I have ever worked with. This is my 3rd car with Crest. 10 out of 10!
Crest took care of me, Juda my salesman made it easy from ordering to delivery he kept me informed along the way I felt he had my best interest in mind. No pressure when signing the papers. All together, it was a great experience. A+
On Saturday 21 Feb 2026, My wife and I found a web post with a Cadillac for sale in Frisco. I assumed that Crest Cadillac would be that Cadillac dealership that had the car. Felix was able to help us find that exact Cadillac and we purchased that Cadillac on that Saturday. It was an awesome experience.
Exceptional Alex was great he got my payment where I wanted and was very good at his job
Really good experience. They take the time to explain every detail. I opted by Crest because I have really good references on the customer service.
Relaxed but professional. Took the time to test a wide variety of options. Inviting facility.
Great experience with Zachary! Seamless process, would use him again! Would recommend to friends and family
Alex was absolutely amazing! I drive 4 hrs to buy a car from him and he made it seamless!
Great customer service and met my needs. Happy to refer or repeat business. Great experience
