I was at the dealer to replace the tire. Ally helped me decide and pick the correct set of tires. She explained the service details as part of the tire replacement and informed me about the wrong installation of the rear rotor pad, causing damage to the brake rotors. Appreciate Ally's and the service team's help.

Service rep was helpful- didn’t find dealership very helpful just cause we bought used 2024 model in 2025. So I think overall experience was different from dealership vs new car after sales service. The only reason we bought this used vehicle because we were told it was company owned and was driven by volvo executive. We like the car but not impressed by the dealership support.
