Sorriest hospital would not take my dog there. Never got to visit in 8 days. Talked on phone once. Never a call from psychiatrist. Sent home with a list of meaning less list of paperwork. If you want help and keep informed this is not the place.

I was surprised to see the positive reviews about Cross Creek. I have a friend who was admitted there for a condition they don't even treat. They make it impossible for the family to communicate with the patient. No flowers are allowed for birthday, staff is evasive. The whole place is suspect.

As a family member this place is HORRIBLE only 1 hour visit a week allowed at times that makes it impossible if you work. Lock the phone away then very limited time that they can use the phone (about a minute and half) They claim they care about the well being of their patient but make it impossible for loved ones to support them In this day and age phone access should be more than a few minutes ' Awful

The behavioral technicians Alissa, Dontrell, and Rodger were so kind and attentive; they treat the patients like actual human beings and truly care. I can only imagine how stressful it could get but they push through difficult situations with their great interpersonal, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the cafeteria food, but at the same time what can you expect from hospital food.

The new Austin Lakes! This is one of the worst facilities in the area. The children are spoken to inappropriately by Dr.Torres (he has multiple complaints against him by children and their parents including touching the children). The state has had to come multiple times due to the number of rape allegations. The kids fight constantly and it is not a safe place for patients or staff (they work on a skeleton crew of little to no staff so it is easy for patients to hurt someone with little to no consequence or go in another pa... read more

THEFT STOLEN CROSS CREEK DOES NOT CARE IF PACKAGES ARE STOLEN. I WAS IN CROSS CREEK AND THE CAFETERIA WORKERS AND NURSES ON FLOOR A WERE GREAT. I APPRECIATED THE STAFF. I SENT TWO TREAT BASKETS TO CROSS CREEK TO SHOW MY APPRECIATION. I CALLED TO SEE ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGES. THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THERE WAS NO DELIVERY. YES! A PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.
