We had a good experience with their adolescent program - both in-patient and out-patient (for major depression). When your kid needs this type of care, it's a rough situation. My kid got stabilized and then got follow-up through the outpatient program. In both, I think they really focus on the patients, and it can feel like parents are an afterthought. Sadists and incompetents work here. The State of Texas must investigate CROSS CREEK Hospital, a negligent facility and place of torment. The majority of the staff behave like animals, lacking humanity and basic empathy. Some are extremely aggressive and mentally abusive. This includes an animal in unit C who barks like a prison guard at extremely vulnerable patients. Several nurses mocked patients who were visibly crying. We just had our daughter admitted. The administrative staff is very professional. The facility looks clean and up to the task of in-depth treatment. The admission process was smooth and fast. It's great to have Cross Creek Hospital nearby. The Pilloffs

I know that these places hardly ever get good reviews because most people do not want to accept their circumstances. This place treated my family very well. Cynthia is an amazing Nurse!!! The front staff is very sweet and all the nurses I spoke to. If you or a loved one has to come here they will be in good hands.

My husband went there recently. He's been struggling with pain for years and decided to drink it away. Long story but the ending is he was placed there for a week. Not his idea, but the man who went in was not the same as the one who came out. He had reached an all time low and this wonderful hospital along with the caring staff got him back to normal as possible. Sooooo grateful to the amazing staff at this facility that work harder than any hospital I've ever been in . They were able to get my meds worked out quickly... They were able to assess my personal situation ... get me the help I needed and welcome me as a team member with a path to success that ended up being fostered as a bond of family Within the staff and the patients . I love Cross Creek Hospital. For some reason, it gets poor ratings. The staff is what makes your stay so awesome . Mr. Bill is in charge of Unit C- he is the most caring guy in the whole world, and has a model family life at home. Heidi is a frequent RN flyer. Ask for her to give you your meds.
