Sh*tty hospital. Ex-wife was here (was still married to her at the time). Not competent in so many different ways: - They botched the court request for extended involuntary commitment. By failing to request involuntary administering of medications, she effectively sat there for two whole weeks, without meds. -By the time meds started, insurance company questioned her need to be there. Hospital could not adequately represent her condition leading to denial of benefits for nearly two of the 6 weeks she was committed ($18k),... read more

Pros and cons to this hospital. My 18yr old daughter was sent here after a suicide attempt. Acceptance to the hospital was fast and easy. Location was easy to get to. Communication from staff about visiting hours, telephone visits and what items to bring was poor. My daughter complained that the food quality was poor and housekeeping was very poor. On the positive side, the doctor was able to put her on medication that helped her. The psychology staff could've have done a better job (in my opinion) by being honest about her... read more

my brother was put to that hospital for get a help for one week.. this hospital is so amazing! they help him get better before he discharged from that hospital. they provide you everything to help you get better. I'm going to say this hospital is so best for him or anyone. if it happens to me I definitely will go there again if I don't feel safe or something. He said he feel so safe when he were there.

We tried a different hospital before this one and Cross Creek was head and shoulders above it! They had a method of therapy that was much better suited to our family plus the administrators and doctors were much more responsive to our questions. I would definitely use them again.

(this is a long review but worth it please read) this place should be shut down and most staff members should be in jail. i went to cross creek a month before i turned 18 the staff members did not care about anyone i was having health issues to the point where my stomach would hurt so bad i could not get up and the nurses would just yell at me to get up and say theyll get me checked later it wasnt till the end of my stay that someone finally came in and checked on me and i was having a health issue with one of my organs when... read more

A Nightmare Disguised as Care If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience here was traumatic, dehumanizing, and inexcusable. What is advertised as a place for healing and help is, in reality, a cold, chaotic, and at times abusive environment. The staff (with a few rare exceptions) were either apathetic, overwhelmed, or outright cruel. I was ignored when I was in distress, talked down to like I was a child, and treated more like a problem than a person. I witnessed other patients being mocked, overmedicated into ... read more

Understandable that there are protocols & limitations to what admin desk operator can do or information they can provide. Over the course of a week however, I have been stuck in a loop of messages going into a void. (Despite being on the "ROI") These operators are simply rude & unable to communicate with even the amount of empathy required to work a fast food counter. I was hung up on, spoken to as though needing information on one's spouse in a mental wing in another city is unreasonable. This has been more than one person... read more

just got discharged from here today. came in for alcohol detox and a mental health crisis. i waited in admissions for almost 2 hours while actively withdrawing from alcohol. took another 30 minutes to get the appropriate detox meds. they did it right the first day then just started giving them to me "as needed" they are obviously not familiar with alcohol withdrawals as you can have a seizure and die from them. every time i would ask for something as simple as soap, scrubs , or pads, they would say they'd "get back to me " a... read more
