They are awful. Drug deals in parking lot, no counselors that really care. Backstabbing and poor leadership.

My experience this month was frustrating, I have put in a tremendous amount of work to get to phase 6. I was called to come in for a drug screen within 24 hours on a day when I don’t pick up my dose. I don’t have to worry about failing the test because I know I am clean but it made it inconvenient because I had to be at work very early the next day not to mention the extra traveling and gas money. I believe bottle recalls are enough of a deterrence to keep us on the right track but this additional step seems unfair consideri... read more

Unethical practices that negatively impact patients due to high turnover of staff, lack of accurate medical documentation best practices, poor training and low morale from organizational culture therefore low productivity from staff. I have tried to contact Dr. Rupert McCormac for an issue that is causing me stress induced health issues and was supposedly resolved by the previous doctor, director, counselor and nurse staff with documentation. Need to find a better way to do drug testing, the current person has got it so screwed up that it takes a long time to get it done and some of us are on a time restraint for work or outher things we need to do

Well the doctor lied in the doctor notes and I can prove she changed my appointment and added false notes and half and a half after I left the office. I have been there for YEARS at least 4. I don't see why her lies are part of my medical record but the truth can't be since she didn't know she was being recorded. It's truly a risk to your sobriety! Choose another clinic!!!?

The worst experiences I've had ever since the only good counselor, Clint, left. These people are a complete joke. They only follow policy when it's beneficial for them. And the "lab" that they use has got to be ran by monkeys. Any time A test shows up as possibly diluted they say you've failed for phentanyl. So basically if you work outside and drink a lot of water then they think you take phentanyl, it's retarded. I've been clean for almost two years but all of the sudden I'm told that I use phentanyl, lmao, that wasn't eve... read more
