These reviews every single day are really starting to annoy me. Plz stop. Asking me to do a review after another is just making me have to think about this whole interaction more! And I do not want to! Just treat me like a normal person and leave me alone.
If I could give zero Stars I would. I've been to the office twice for two different appointments and still have not had an appointment because they told me the first time that I was going to be there for several hours and then the next time the the doctor was running behind and she said it could have been 3 hours until I was seen. I have a 6 month old baby and things to do I can't spend my day sitting there all day across roads because there's no staff or staff doesn't know what they're doing I don't know what the problem is... read more

I was running a fever so I had to cancel my appointment. When I called a few hours later to reschedule, I was told they couldn't get me back into the facility I go to, til Monday, it was Wednesday! The lady I spoke to asked if I could go to another facility, but I didn't know of any others. She told me there was one about 45 mins away & they couldn't get me in until Friday. I actually do not go to this Crossroads..mine is at a different location …on my appointment day ,which btw was only my second appointment,I tested positive for COVID and the call c we Nuer went above and beyond to get me s telemedicine visit so I didn’t have to go without my medicine due to my doctor not being in the office.So this location stepped up and took time out of there already busy schedule to make sure I was taken care of..as I’m sure you know there can be a lot of stress that comes with taking this medication fir ... read more

They are awful. Drug deals in parking lot, no counselors that really care. Backstabbing and poor leadership.

My experience this month was frustrating, I have put in a tremendous amount of work to get to phase 6. I was called to come in for a drug screen within 24 hours on a day when I don’t pick up my dose. I don’t have to worry about failing the test because I know I am clean but it made it inconvenient because I had to be at work very early the next day not to mention the extra traveling and gas money.
