they have new help. and they are not to polite. It is like a new revine and it is bad. They old girls are polite I looked forward to my appointment.
My experience during my latest appointment on 9/17/22 was one of the most absurd and offending appointments I have ever experienced with crossroads. I did not ask- but was told I could do a tele-health appointment due to me not being in the area for so long - I usually go to the Cranberry pa office but I am homeless right now due to the housing crisis- amongst many other things. My experience was so bad that I’m pretty sure I’m going to withdraw from treatment
Drug test are faulty and when I wanted one sent out they said it was to lAte. I was not informed of dirty urine until 15 days after this kept me from getting my take homes back. I am not transferring to another clinic. Also Amanda never gets to work til 5:15 to 5:30 but has people on hold. This is an issue for working people. I was told by director the urine would be looked into and someone would talk to Doctor it was never done

So I did that and the lady that I talk to you said yes it was telehealth so I click on my telehealth link this morning at 9:55 when my appointment is and I wait for probably half an hour and no one shows up so I called on the call cent... read more
Didnt do anything or really asked anything told me a therapist would call me never gotten a call from nobody!
Service was good as usual. The only thing that I’ve honestly found confusing is the way the office is set up now. Since they changed things around, I still find it confusing to navigate way around the office. I know it makes more sense but I guess it will take time get used to it. Although last time I was in, the lady in toxicology or whatever it is called where they give us the drug tests, did not get any vital information from me. I sat down and took the mouth swab test and that was it. There was one thing that I would... read more
