Last visit was ok, probably because a routine visit. When I did have an abnormal need months ago it was handled very poorly, an long story short there was no resolution. I was in rehab and needed a video visit in order to not run out of medication, not only did your people do nothing to accommodate me but noone got back to me. If I didn’t cut my dose in half for that time period I’d have been out of medicine for day’s and quite sick. I think that’s very irresponsible on part of your staff and potentially dangerous to a clien... read more

Some people have to be at work by 6am an hour away from the clinic and no one is doing ANYTHING to correct the problem or issues. My fiancé had to miss getting his medicine when he has seizures so this makes it even worse on him when he has to skip his medicine because the line is wrapped around the building. Something needs to be done, and nurse Bailey is not the person for Saturday’s with one hour two people should be working the window. It gets too hot and ridiculous standing in that line listening to everyone whine and m... read more

I was told I had two dirty swabs… I have been a patient for almost 10 years and have never once tested dirty. I feel the doctor was not willing to actually hear and listen to my concerns that numerous people even your nursing staff have been saying since the swabs were switched to new ones people tests have been incorrectly showing dirty. Literally the lady in front of me had the same thing happen and obviously if your nurses are seeing a pattern perhaps instead of punishing your long term patients, you would look into your ... read more

I have to go to a different Psychiatrist because I don’t meet the criteria which I have no idea what specific criteria a person going through the mental problems that I’m going through is supposed to meet so the only thing that Cross Roads is going to take care of is my supplicate shot

Well usually it’s 100% and everyone is great but last time I after missing a few appointments and having a hard time getting back on track the zoom doctor really treated me like a piece of shit. I work a lot got a good job now and have a hard time making the early appointments. When I rescheduled she basically treated me like I was already a failure and all things considered I’m doing pretty damn good compared to where I was.
