Get directionsI didn’t feel judged I felt heard like he was listening, I also learned that addiction isn’t just shooting drugs into ur body cause I never did that … it’s as simple mad taking pain pills an for yrs not realizing there’s a problem until I wake up an it smacks u in the face… i was happy that I was able to start treatment when I realized I had a problem and it may not have been as badly as most but I was able totnstrR treatment before it ever got worse … is appreciated the whole experience

I have been going to the clinic for close to three an a half years now . I have had no dirty drug screens for two years an I have seen a major amount of employees come an go I truly am great full for them helping me get clean and turn my life around , but I have diabetes and have been dealing with it and I have had the most disrespectful and negative experience from the staff over this issue they all have said that because of that that I am high risk ! Mixed up my urine sample. Haven’t done drugs since I started and the lady behind the desk was on the phone the whole time not paying attention didn’t write my name on my sample and I ended up coming up hot. And it’s impossible. Horrible experience

And god forbid if your hospitalized and released because I’ve waited 7 hours to dose after being released because they never can seem to reach anybody at the local hospitals or they are just too short handed to dose people and call for re... read more
Need more connection with doctors and when we call to speak to the director of the program a few times and never receive a call back that’s not good. This is life or death for someone like myself who takes my sobriety very serious. To this facility I’m just a number and I don’t like that.
Everything is great but the only thing I would change is patients signing documents at the check in window…. This should be done with the patient’s councilor and nowhere else…… it slows down the line and as you know, drug addicts do not like to wait for any reason and speeding this process up will help the patients that are in line behind the individual having to sign 2-6 documents
I asked for strips and when calling in the prescription to a new Pharmacy, they called in pills instead of strips.
I thought the appointment took entirely too long and stuff
