From day one this is has been the worst place for treatment the only time it was good was when tara chifgord was here now we have no counselors and the nursing staff is the absolute worst rude women i have ever met.

my appointment time was for 510pm in your connellsville office and wasnt seen by doctor until around 630pm.. why are we having to go in to office if the dr doesnt even have to? worst visit ive ever had

The doctor was fine when I walked in at the treatment center there were two receptionist and the one receptionist was not engaging and not happy for me

As far as my counselor I could t ask for better. The ladies at the pay window are great but the staffing shortage at the dosing windows causes a problem. I could get a work pass but I can’t leave my daughter alone to be there at 445 or whatever the time is. Personally I don’t understand why people can’t get a work pass and that allow them to go straight to a window. The people that have to be at work are risking job loss or punishment because several of us can’t be there at the allotted time.

This place needs to get their shit together. They can’t keep counselors or ANY employees. They have no clue what’s going on at all times. They don’t care about their clients.

THOSE COUNSELORS CANNOT EVEN SEE THEIR PATIENTS BECAUSE YALL HAVE NO DAM CAP ON ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS!!!!!!! here’s an idea…..how about let the counselors actually do their job with their patients instead of being pushed away all the dam time because they are always sooo god dang busy!!!! Y’all give them WAAAAAY TOO MUCH to the point they aren’t even enjoying their jobs anymore!!!!! GIVE THEM POOR COUNSELORS A DAM BREAK AND STOP BEING SO MONEY HUNGRY AND ACCEPTING ANYONE!!!! I had to wait for longer than was necessary and when I did get seen by the doctor the secretary scheduled me in for the wrong day and I had to bring it up to the doctor in order to fix it.
