Get directionsDr Glover told me within the 1st 20 seconds of appointment I was being discharged for not having suboxone in my system for my last two drug screens!!! Funny part is I have never been on suboxone I’ve been on vivitrol shot monthly injections so there would be no reason for me to have suboxone in my system!!! My dr in cranberry was closed on my injection day due to flooding in office so they did a zoom app with dr glover so I could get revia until my next injection dr glover didn’t know what revia was he said so you want subox... read more
Receptionist Gina was SUPER nice and helpful but the doctor turned me away because I was a transfer patient. Gina tried her best to help, but the doctor was not interested. The doctor was VERY rude to his staff, the way he treated and talked to them was terrible. I was disgusted. When the receptionist told the doctor we might have to reschedule my appointment, the doctor said “Good”. and walked away. The doctor would sit in his office and yell making the receptionist Gina come to his office immediately, regardless of w... read more

It's a great facility to get the medication you need to recover from opiate addiction
I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen….there were 12 people before me. People with kids crying….. Last time I had to wait 1 1/2 hours….. they said one day people had to wait close to 5 hours…….no reason for this type of wait!!
I've had a terrible time over the last couple years trying to get any answers to questions about billing or any satisfaction with trying to get my reimbursement that I'm do. There's never enough nurses long wait times, and Fatima is completely clueless about billing issues. Doesn't seem like she tries very hard to get answers to my questions. Seems to me like she's putting it on me to call corporate to find out what's going on with my account she only says I sent an email. Been hearing that for 6 months without an end to the... read more

I’ve already left numerous reviews already in the past about Crossroads Altoona office - I’ve had 2 experiences now where I show up to my appointment on time then I wait at least 2-3 hours to even be seen by the doctor, if I’m even lucky enough to see the doc, every appointment. Then the one staff member switched me out of nowhere to do a tele-health appt. on zoom to see the doctor and then I was never even seen by a doctor after waiting on tele-health zoom for more than 2 hours. Also, I’ve had Sharon the physician not send... read more
