I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen….there were 12 people before me. People with kids crying….. Last time I had to wait 1 1/2 hours….. they said one day people had to wait close to 5 hours…….no reason for this type of wait!!

I've had a terrible time over the last couple years trying to get any answers to questions about billing or any satisfaction with trying to get my reimbursement that I'm do. There's never enough nurses long wait times, and Fatima is completely clueless about billing issues. Doesn't seem like she tries very hard to get answers to my questions. I’ve already left numerous reviews already in the past about Crossroads Altoona office - I’ve had 2 experiences now where I show up to my appointment on time then I wait at least 2-3 hours to even be seen by the doctor, if I’m even lucky enough to see the doc, every appointment. Then the one staff member switched me out of nowhere to do a tele-health appt. on zoom to see the doctor and then I was never even seen by a doctor after waiting on tele-health zoom for more than 2 hours. I’ve been going to your clinic and Vicky is my counselor and you need to check on her because I should have been gases up they try to say i had a dirty urine with crack and I have never done crack so I had Vicky send it back and it came back unconccllosive so that’s not a dirty urine and I deserve to come every two weeks months ago and I’m driving there my liscene needs to taken over.
Service has improved!especially the process of getting to the dose window! I actually left my car running the other day when inside came right back out two minutes......But the observed urine test is ridiculous I’m a 55-year-old man and to have somebody standing at me look at me take a piss is absolutely humiliating no reason for it
The doctor I have know don’t judge you like the other two prior that I had.
