Service has improved!especially the process of getting to the dose window! I actually left my car running the other day when inside came right back out two minutes......But the observed urine test is ridiculous I’m a 55-year-old man and to have somebody standing at me look at me take a piss is absolutely humiliating no reason for it

It would be nice if they could either open the clinic up more than 2 days a week or bring in more doctors. I can go in for an appointment and sometimes it will take 2 and 3 hours before I can leave from the office. They have way too many people going to this one office, and it seems to me like they overbook everyone. People do have other things to do and no one likes waiting to be seen by the doctor for 2 hours or more.

Always a long wait and most of the staff doesn’t want t o help when they are doing nothing else. The clinic has owed me over 1200$ now fo at least 5 months and I have spoken to at least 4 people sitting in the directors office who said they could help and still no response. My next step is to let Medicaid know you double charged them and charged myself and won’t correct the situation.

The staff at the Altoona treatment facility is rude. They blamed me for failing a drug test and announced it to everyone there making me feel embarrassed.so they changed my appointment. Which I knew it was impossible that I failed.. I talked to the doctor he said I didn’t fail he didn’t know why they said that. So literally they had made a big deal saying I failed a drug test an all of that. Everyone heard it, everyone seen it. So now I’m sure people think I do drugs again because of that statement I’m embarrassed to even g... read more

The doctor that did my tele visit was awesome. He stepped right up and helped me get through it. He was also very concerned with the issues I was having in the Erie office. He informed me to make sure headquarters was aware of the problems. I also must make a huge shoutout to Tina at the call center. I drove an hour to the Erie office. I was 18 minutes late for my appt. if you are more than 15 min late. You by no means will be seen by the doctor because they are too busy. Well, I understand. But yesterday there was one oth... read more
