I did nit get to have my doctors appointment in person and I only received half my medication

It would be nice if they could either open the clinic up more than 2 days a week or bring in more doctors. I can go in for an appointment and sometimes it will take 2 and 3 hours before I can leave from the office. They have way too many people going to this one office, and it seems to me like they overbook everyone. People do have other things to do and no one likes waiting to be seen by the doctor for 2 hours or more.

Always a long wait and most of the staff doesn’t want t o help when they are doing nothing else. The clinic has owed me over 1200$ now fo at least 5 months and I have spoken to at least 4 people sitting in the directors office who said they could help and still no response. My next step is to let Medicaid know you double charged them and charged myself and won’t correct the situation.

The staff at the Altoona treatment facility is rude. They blamed me for failing a drug test and announced it to everyone there making me feel embarrassed.so they changed my appointment. Which I knew it was impossible that I failed.. I talked to the doctor he said I didn’t fail he didn’t know why they said that. So literally they had made a big deal saying I failed a drug test an all of that. Everyone heard it, everyone seen it. The doctor that did my tele visit was awesome. He stepped right up and helped me get through it. He was also very concerned with the issues I was having in the Erie office. He informed me to make sure headquarters was aware of the problems. I also must make a huge shoutout to Tina at the call center. I drove an hour to the Erie office. I was 18 minutes late for my appt. if you are more than 15 min late. You by no means will be seen by the doctor because they are too busy. Well, I understand. Pharmacy staff is all mew and so slow. I don’t understand why this clinic has so many problems. Every where I guest dose never have to wait more than 6 minutes. Stood in line for 20 minutes today.

There was an hour and a half wait to be seen by the Dr. and then I was told I would be able to go to 28days. Instead I was told 28days and given enough medicine for 14days. A real shit show.

Need to have better system for drug testing or lab to send urine too they have made many mistakes on clients lab results

I was on phase 5 been there for 2 1/2 years and it be of my drug test came back showing Methamphetamines and remind you I had never failed a drug test never missed on my bottle count nor have I ever missed any counseling session. Now I am getting put back to phase 4 and have to come in 2 a week for 30 days then after that I might get my covid take homes back but not all of them in my opinion that was so dirty and I didn’t take any form or fashion the drug Methamphetamines I’m very upset over this and I still haven’t made my ... read more
