Get directionsMy appointment is always on Sunday and the guy at the desk made it for Saturday next month I asked why and he said we are closed Sunday and even the Dr asked why are we closed and he got rude with the Dr and said because we are So I called the main phone number and they told me they are open Sunday plus I never got the confirmation text For my next appointment and I usually have that before I leave the Dr office I need Sunday appointments because of my work hours Kinda of Disappointed

Waiting over 2-3 hours to dose is highly unacceptable. If you could keep the Nurses and Counselors happy they wouldn’t leave and things would run much smoother. For these folks to have to cut their evenings short Sun-Fri nights, to be up super early to arrive at work in time to open the doors for Clients at 5am, something more has to be offered. Higher pay, Bonuses, Incentives. Or for example, for each Counselor that completes all their Client Paperwork on time, they get an extra $X on their check or an extra Saturday off or... read more

The doctor I saw yesterday is just rude and awful to be seen by. I did tell the staff in the way out I wanted to see someone else from now on because I am sick of how ignorant that guy is

Things continue to deteriorate in LaGrange. The new director is arrogant, condescending, and just an ass! I’m a Registered Nurse who just simply got caught up in an addiction following a legit surgery as a lot of people do! I am sick of being made to feel like less than a human being by the front desk as well as a couple of the nursing staff!! The front desk lady in Martinsville and Danville VA “Sam” is about the most professional person I’ve ever felt with in any capacity. Hold on to that one!
I would give No Stars if I could.. First off, after taking a drug screen, the doctor told me that there was no Suboxone in my system after I picked up 11 a week before. When I told him I don't know why, he then continued to accuse me of lying. Finally I was given another test in which the Suboxone showed up. Then was told I used someone else's urine. I was charged a fee that I did not charge. Said I owed 25.00 for a swab (mouth). Said it was charged in 2018. So why not say something every time I came in their from 2018 til now. Why wait 2 years so the interest rate was more. I paid it. But only because I wasn’t going to be able to get my take home for that month.
