I use to like this doctor office and staff I don't know what been going on but every month past five six months am having trouble getting my medicine I gotta waite till it confirmed or I only get half what I suppose to I post to got 21 strips for two weeks I got 11 now am out of medicine and I have to waite till Friday sometime to get into yal to get more what the hell does someone post todo stay sick until then yeah right ..this crap been goin on for six months and I tried to go without a few times made it successfully am ... read more

I love the staff all but Natasha the counselor. She violated HIPPA rights by talking to me about another patients case. Made me uncomfortable because my urine have benzodiazepines in them repeatedly said your urine is positive for Benzos,benzos,benzos x like 10 and then asked if I had a script and I told her yes doesn’t she see my take home box! Instead of letting me try to come down off my dosage he cuts my dosage from 2 a day to a half. I will have to buy some off the street. Not everyone has a doctors income and can afford a 300 dollar doctor visit plus 200 dollar medical charge in one month. I can't. he cared nothing of me

I have waited for my insurance from work for like 2 months for me to get told over the phone that my insurance is accepted and it would take care of the visit and I thought finally everything took care of and is going to be great only to get there and set for 2 going on 3 hours waiting for them to tell me if my insurance goes through and apparently they aren’t partnered with my insurance. Not sure if it is work related; however I have been working with injuries and I am experiencing what I describe withdrawal symptoms…., the beginnings of withdrawal symptoms. Not requesting an increase in medication. What I want is prescribed three times daily or I want to be taken off!! And I’m posting it his on my page

I believe that in the 2/half yrs. I've been with crossroads hearing director is two-faced from staff didn't help. Being promised over and over if or when this is done I'll get my 1carry back when all was done?? It's went around in a circle. And all the promises and work I put in getting papers in. I also wanted to include all of the counselors. They are all awesome! I have the most amazing counselor ever named Julia. I just love her! She treats me wonderful. She takes the time to really listen to me and her focus is completely on me and whats going on in my life while I am in a session with her. Thank you Julia, you are absolutely amazing!
