When you have to take a urine screen no one wants to do it or has time to do it. They need a person that just does urines and we need groups and when you fail a drug test losing your take homes is one thing but detoxing you quickly is not a good idea. I have been on methadone 8 years anytime I may have pissed dirty I was dropped. Love and still kept my dose. I went fro 130 to 80 in like 15 days and now I am in a full relapse and my life is terrible I have to continue to use cause the dose doesn’t help. I can’t sleep and I am... read more

It is ridiculous that I got through 3 different people and an hours worth of paperwork before being asked relevant questions that led me to realize this was not the facility that I needed. I needed a psychiatrist. I found one on my insurance website and called the number associated. NO ONE at any moment mentioned it being a support system designed for those with substance abuse history. This is ridiculous if I'm charged for the failings of other people. I followed what my insurance company stated. The company failed to infor... read more

Everything was great. I was a transfer everything went smoothly. My only complaint was they didn’t give me a patient handbook and I had no idea the dosing hours and drove two hours to be turned away bc I was 4 minutes late. They are very strict about dosing hours if you decide to attend. Be aware. Other than that they are great staff is great counselors are awesome. As far as the ones I’ve had contact with.
