We are herded like cattle. Asked one question and sent on out way. On top of that the prices were raised for my insurance even thought the type of care has remained poor.Â

I think you need somebody to help us a lot more with insurance., like helping pay for medicine it’s easy for the people with Medicare and there state insurance because it’s free what about the people that works and needs help with this every time I ask somebody for help in this situation they try and put it off on somebody else I would definitely like to know what y’all can do to help us on this problemÂ

I have been trying to get my therapist to fax my paper to the office to get out on monthly and it was so frustrating because it kept happening the paper was disappearing so the last time I went I told the women and she took care of it found my paperwork and got me back on monthlyÂ
Most of the staff are very friendly and compassionate, but I find some of the policies to be unethical and not conducive to sustained harm reduction/recovery. Two examples: 1. If you spill your dose, and the nurse sees it, and you have not taken any, you cannot get re-dosed. In my 20 years and 5 clinics in 4 states, I have never seen this policy. Example 2. If a client is pending approval for Medicaid and cannot a afford to pay cash daily, they cannot receive their daily dose, or they are put on administrative detox. Again, ... read more
I had to wait 10 days after I was supposed time in outa meds and I went to my appointment today and I was told after an hour I was discharged at the last appointment and i was not told that.... I was told if I couldn't get iiff my prescribed Benzo of 35+ years of being on it is be discharged within a month well nobody said anything else and now I am sicker than ever qmd they didn't give me no meds to when with or nothing leaving me to have to break the law and go on the street to buy drugs and risk my freedom and my life cau... read more
