They tell me what they're going to do and the cost. They inform me of upcoming service reminders and are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Thry have a nice customer lounge area with coffee and snack vending machines and TV plus magazines.

I received notification that the parts for a recall were in, so I made an appt for 11:00 am and was advised it would take about 2 hrs. After 1 1/2 hrs, I inquired on how much longer. Joshua checked for me and said they were about to finish up. Also I asked Joshua how much a key to the door would cost. I recently lost a spare key that was in a magnetic case hidden under my car.
