I made an appointment and Crown got me in on time and performed required service in a very timely manner. Service Advisor was very good keeping me updated on the work and the approximate time of completion.

Waited too long. Too many cars were scheduled for service by service advisors. Also they charged a fee for using credit card to pay without advising prior to visit.
