The service schedule was met, problemproblems were diagnosed at a reasonable price. Service advisor, Wade, was knowledgeable and explained problem and procedures for repair then gave me options to do the work. That is what a customer needs of a service visit. Work was scheduled for the my next available time and problem was corrected.
