On Saturdays they need to employ more people an hour and a half to rotate tires is way too long with the schedule appointment. The mechanics do a great job and they work hard, but you need more people.

As far as I know, it was done properly. However it took more than two hours when I was told that it would take less than one hour.

Crown Toyoya always does a great job on my Rav 4. Customer service is surperb, and if I need any additional service, they always check with me, before doing any thing additional without my prior approval. I always enjoy going there, knowing the job will be done right the first time.

They were prompt. Since my tires were bought at Crown, the service was complimentary which is Great! I have had several tire issues because of nails the past several years. The service department has always provided great service.
