My service there recently has been subpar. Anytime I need some kind of flush/transmission service I always end up coming home with a leak somewhere and then have to find the time to go back. I've always had amazing service there, so I'm just bummed the last two times haven't been the service that I expected. I will still use them and I still recommend them because I trust them. I've been a customer of Crown Toyota for over 30 years. This review is solely based on my last two visits.

All I have to do is pick up the phone and call for an appointment. The staff at Crown takes care of everything. I had Wade handling both my Toyota and Honda and I knew what was going on from the time I dropped it off. I appreciate the team at Crown.
