If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I bought my wedding dress months ago from the north location. Lovely experience, but I live on the opposite side of town. So when my dress arrived there this past Sunday, I picked it up and scheduled alterations at the Brodie location since it's easier to get to on a weekday evening. Lots of selection for bridesmaid but the consultant we had was rude and not helpful. She kept commenting about how my bridesmaids needed bigger sizes in a very insensitive way, we asked her to pull different sizes and types of dresses and she would walk away and come back with nothing and didn’t ask any questions about what we were looking for. Super glad I didn’t get my wedding dress there.

Love the David’s bridal store tons to choose from! But the staff are very rude and act annoyed and also don’t seem to know what there doing.

Dresses are pretty but they have the WORST service on the phone, receptionist are rude, hang up on you even when they know you need to speak with them. Will not recommend them ever.

Horrible help. Dirty and broken dresses. They didn’t have much sizes to try on. Plus our lady ordered the wrong dress for all 6 of my bridesmaids. Everyone makes mistakes,but she was no help from the start.

Went in with one of my bridesmaids to browse their selection of bridesmaid dresses. The man working the counter told me that “it would be a while” before she could try anything on because the rooms were filled. He then asked another staff member if she could take us under her wing and she reluctantly agreed. We did not ever request any assistance, although she was clearly bothered by us being there. the front office staff was very rude and seemed inconvenienced by my call. I needed to order a dress and ship it to a closer store for the wedding. they said it was impossible to ship to another store, but I could ship to my home. I said let's do that, they were offering free shipping. they said I would have to pay the shipping fee. I scheduled an appointment and was 10min early. I wasn't helped until 15 min after my appointment time. The staff member who was assigned to me could not meet my needs. I needed a white special occasions dress and the dress I was interested in was a bridal look. I was reassigned to another staff member. However she was helping a bride and didn't have much time for me. I understood, I was dumped on her in the middle of appointments that were already on her schedule. We bought our daughter’s dress in San Diego and had her fitting scheduled in Reno. She received her dress fairly quickly and went in for a fitting. Didn’t like the fit, so they ordered another size. She received new size, went in for fitting, still not right. Ordered another size, went in for fitting, still not right! They ordered one more time, way too big, so that they could just alter it to her size because now we were running out of time. They get the dress and she went in for alterations about a week before the wedding!... read more
