My daughter and her friend just came from the West Palm Beach David's Bridal store in tears. My daughter is supportive of her friend who is the one getting married. Together they received very poor service from Lizette today. If you still dare to try David's Bridal, avoid Lizette as she has no patience or manners. I have went to two different bridal stores. i found one i really liked at it and wanted to give David's Bridal a look. I ended up trying on about 5 or 6. they just put me in a room and then FMIL had to say I think she needs help for me to get help putting on the dresses. then I kept telling them I wanted a ballgown,long train and long veil. When they put a veil on it was short, I want to see the full effect of everything I want not half way. needless to say my experience here was let down.

This rating is not towards my sales rep at the location in Independence. She actually did an amazing job helping me through the process! Thanks Mancy! I am upset with alterations. I didn't know how ill fitting my dress really was until I signed off on the papers and then ended up having to go to a different shop to get my bustle thredding put back on! I cant tell you have greatful I am with all of the employees. The Grandmother of the bride has been very Ill and in and out of the hospital the last 2 1/2 months and lost a lot of weight and we were able to go in and get a different size. I had an appointment to get alteration done, but she didnt but instead of making her come back they took care of her along with me and accommodate her as sick as she is.

We THOUGHT we were happy with this store until they charged us for a $100 slip that wasn't even needed for the dress and then refused to let us return it when we picked up the dress. Then, they LOST the dress after altering it in addition to being VERY rude and pushy about the alterations to begin with! It was not a good experience after they made their initial money. They didn't even help try on the dress in order to get it fitted. It was terrible service after they made their commission off of us.

They said my dress is ready today, but I picked it up two weeks ago. 🤔 They gave me a used dress. The manager was supposed to call me but didn't. I've had nothing but trouble and no customer service.

The shopping experience was wonderful, sadly though when my son’s wedding was unexpectedly canceled, the service stopped there. I called the store to see about getting the order stopped. The girl on the phone told me it was not a problem, to bring the original receipt, the preservation kit that was purchased and the original form of payment and I would receive a full refund. Where to begin, we had an appointment and arrived there on time. However, the lady assigned to help us was incompetent. She didn’t seem to know anything about your company, what you had to offer, styles, colors, accessories, etc. We pulled out styles and dresses ourselves. She was unable to help us with sizes. By far the worst experience. She had no desire to help the bride or bridal party.
