My niece went in to look for a wedding dress today. Her consultant was Jessie. She was rude and negative the entire appointment. She did not listen to what my niece wanted but instead told her why she couldn't have certain things. If anyone in our group had a question or didn't like the dress, she was hateful and defensive toward us. She pulled dresses no one asked her to (not anything she was interested in) and then questioned why my niece was trying them on if she didn't like them. Hailey is truly AMAZING!!!! She went above and beyond! She was caring and patient. Haliey not only helped me one but 3 different times!! Ask for HALIEY you will not be disappointed!

Not very kind. Our appointment started late, the woman helping us, Jessie, was rushing us and did not listen to the brides likes and dislikes. She acted as though we were a waste of time and was not kind to the brides group. Everything that the bride or family mentioned that they didn’t like or had a question about she was very defensive about the dress and seemed to be pressuring the bride to buy. Not somewhere I would recommend.

Worst. Customer Service. EVER! Had an appointment for mother of the bride dresses and was basically told look for yourself - we can’t help you. WTF!?! What was the point in making an appointment. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. Made an appointment for bridesmaids dresses and was placed with a woman who was double booked. Which would be okay if it wasn’t the slowest day ever. I am ASHAMED that I sent my bridesmaids to do business with David’s Bridal.

Called to find out if they have a dress in the store and was asked if I could Hold...it’s been almost 15 minutes and NO ONE has picked up!!! I’ll shop elsewhere! So much for “Customer Service”!! Disappointed 😔

I have been attempting to schedule a fitting/alterations appointment for two days straight, only to be hung up on each time, totaling 4 times. And then to sit perpetually on hold. Considering the bride and myself are both military and are trying to travel to your location to follow up on our purchases with you, I am disappointed at how difficult this is. I will NEVER shop at David’s Bridal in St. Clairsville ever again, and I honestly do not recommend it for anyone else either. We ordered bridesmaids dresses from there and started ordering them in December. Once all of the dresses came in, it looked like every bridesmaid had hard nipples, which they didn’t, it was the seam in the dress. However, David’s Bridal said they would fix the dresses, they “fixed” them and sent them back to the girls and they looked just as bad as before. I picked a dress I loved and it was ordered in a size that was way too big for me. I tried on a smaller dress size that needed to be taken in still but a larger dress was still ordered. When the dress came in it was so large it could not be altered and I was told that I could not return it for a refund. I had to exchange it for something equal or greater value and I had no dress and my wedding was in two weeks. I settled for another dress and made the exchange. I have never had a good experience here. One time I went just to browse and look around to see if there were any bridesmaids gifts or robes I wanted to buy. The women inside the store seemed very aggravated/put off because I didn’t make an appointment. I went there again today on a short break just to browse, and once again, they were trying to get all of my information and sign me up for their list.
