went in just to take a look and figure out brides maide dresses and style. the store was empty. No service. I had to ask and the representative was in a rush to leave. We got my daughter's dress at the David's bridal in Port Orange; Altamonte is closer for me. I will need to find another store or another bridal vendor. Sigh

I don,t recommend David's Bridal at all. I purchased a mother of the bride dress, When I got home I realized the style was not good for me I went back to the store less than 24 hours later and they would not let me exchange it for something else. Please understand when you purchase a dress they do not tell you it is a final sale. Very bad way to conduct business.

I originally had a appt set with them on this past Friday. Well I called to reschedule to the following Saturday due to I was already going to Tyler for the bridal expo and me staying in Longview I didn’t want to drive to Tyler 2 days in a row! Well Saturday morning I overslept and didn’t make it there until a hour and a half AFTER my appt time! I was invited to be a bridesmaid a while back in a wedding I’m no longer attending. Before I knew I wouldn’t be attending the wedding, I had already ordered my dress, paid for with my own money (everyone in the bridal party paid for their own dresses). When it was decided I was not going to be in the wedding, I called the store asking if I would be able to cancel my order or return the dress when it came in. I was told the order couldn’t be cancelled or returned but I would be able to exchange in store when the dress arrived... read more

When you have a wedding gown appointment this should be a priority to the company and a pleasant experience for the bride to be. We had our consultant who was great then she was pulled away to help another potential client and another woman was going to help us- said she’d be right back- 20 minutes later I’m in the dressing room with my daughter putting her in a gown! We should have just left then! Horrible ordeal!

Buyer Beware! Ordered a $200 bridesmaid dress in late June. Was told I was getting a brand new dress from the warehouse. Went to pick it up yesterday...thank god I checked it before leaving......and the dress was makeup stained and clearly pre-worn. Manager told me the only thing they could do was order another that will come 3 weeks before the event. My dress needs to be altered, and their alterations window is 5 weeks! I so glad that I was not with my daughter this last Friday when she visited David Bridal on Preston. She bought her dress her wedding in December from another site. She went in to get accessories like a petty coat, dress bag and other things. The dress she bought needs to be altered but is also emerald green. Her exact quote to me was she was "shamed" and drove back to Euless in tears. Called me the next morning to see if it was a horrible dress (it is absolutely beautiful but not traditional.
