Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my visit today. I went in for my alteration appointment with a notion that my dress would have to be sized up/opened up but was not expecting what happened next. When I originally ordered my dress the lady helping me demanded i order a size 10 even though I was skeptical but she reassured me it was fine and we proceeded to order a size 10. when the dress arrived it was too small and didn’t fit me. Did you know that the return policy is different online and in-store? You can’t return in store but if you purchase online you can. If I would’ve know. I would’ve purchased online instead. I didn’t think they had a good selection. Everything is oversized. Clips can be used but difficult to really visual.

From out of town & came in to the store.....sales associate said no available appointments for 2 hours, we looked around the empty store and said well can we just look and she said sure but you cant try on....so we left. I swear there couldn’t have been 2 customers in the whole store! What a good thing that Brides & Belles and Sue Allen Bridal we’re both so accommodating! I would recommend going to either of those places over Davids!!!

Absolutely most stressful unprofessional rude customer service experience in my life . I work customer service so I have no shame is saying so . Everything from the beginning was awful rude staff, not helpful with questions and concerns , they rush you . I had some hope for alterations but hahaha joke was on me . They called the day before my wedding to tell me my dress wasn’t ready and they had not started alterations , they started them at 12 o clock the day before my wedding I was scheduled to pick the dress up at 1:30 pm... read more

Horrible customer service and accountability. Store did not have dress style sizes for me to try on. I had to try on a similar dress. I ordered and paid for my dress in full. The store failed to notify me when my dress arrived. When I called to acquire, the representative said that the store was not responsible and that it was the fault of David's Bridal computer. I went in the store the following day to try on my dress. A representative gave me my dress and pt me in a dressing room and never came back. I had to walk to the ... read more

My consultant was double booked with a walk-in at the same time as my appointment. She seemed stressed and distracted. I felt ignored and like she didn't care about my needs at all. This was a HUGE disappointment as I took time out of my Sunday to travel 45 minutes to your store. We did not stay for the entire bridal appointment as the consultant disappeared and we just left since she wasn't helping us anyway.

Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth... we came in to look at dresses to wear to a wedding and my two year old daughter had a meltdown, so my mom took her outside... the girls at the front proceeded to stand there and talk about the way my daughter was acting and watching her outside and telling eachother what she was doing not knowing her mom is standing right there... rude and disrespectful. you never know who you're talking about or in this case who's CHILD you're talking about. won't be back.

The David's bridal in Whitehall had the rudest women I met they are constantly rushing anyone who isn't a bride out I got my wedding gown at the David's bridal in Kennett Square MUCH better experience

I realize I didn’t have an appointment but literally no employees spoke to me or my family. Nobody greeted us. Nobody offered to help even though employees were walking around putting dresses away. Check out lady didn’t say hi or greet us.
